This was truly a great experience. The home was clean, and John was very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely choose this location again.

We booked à 2 wk stay. The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host John was friendly, and super knowledgeable about St Ignace and the surrounding àrea. We had a blast!!

House is on a major highway which is actually a great thing. I was a little worried about the traffic noise but even with the windows open the noise wasn't bad. It was easy to get on the highway and a minute later you were in town. House is pet friendly which was great, with a fenced in back yard overlooking Lake Michigan. Only downfall was there's no central air but he had fans that help.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is far enough out of town to provide a little extra privacy, but close enough to be convenient. The back patio has a beautiful view of the lake (especially at night when the moon is shining) and is nicely wooded, giving it a secluded feel.We trailered a truck for the St Ignace car show and there was more than enough space to park and unload the truck.John (the host) is the best! He's very knowledgeable about the area and can tell you the best places to eat and visit.

I brought my grandson for his H.S. graduation present because he wanted to learn more about his native heritage, John the host was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the area and indigenous culture in the area and gave us plenty of info on places to go,restaurants in the area and so on. The duplex is in an IDEAL spot for exploring!a few minutes to st.ignace downtown, and Mackinac ferries. An hour plus a few to tahquamenon falls, perfect for getting around. The unit itself was immaculate, so cozy and the view from the backyard to the lake was stunning. It was spacious and so welcoming! It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. And Totem village across the street is a must see! Tons of art and artifacts and that owner was also very gracious and accommodating to my grandson . The stay was a wonderful experience for us both and we'd love to go again. The pictures on vrbo don't do that cabin justice, it's so much nicer in person!

We had a great stay. It's spacious and comfortable. The host is friendly and professional. The view is great and I really enjoyed the patio.
