Large vacation home with a yard and barbecue facilities (98 m²)

Our cozy, modernly equipped vacation home (98 square meters) for 2–5 people—complete with a dishwasher—offers you a chance to relax and escape the daily grind in a sunny location. In the adjacent garden with a gazebo, you can relax and unwind while enjoying the fresh air. You’ll find plenty of forests and hiking trails, as well as interesting places to visit, in the beautiful surrounding area and in nearby Czech Republic. The property features its own play area and barbecue area. Guests may use the shared washing machine, and free Wi-Fi is available. The 98-square-meter vacation home consists of two levels and, with its abundance of wood, exudes a cozy warmth and inviting atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find the bathroom with a large, walk-in rain shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and the well-equipped kitchen-living room (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave). Also on the first floor is the spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV. A spiral staircase in the living room leads up to the attic. There you’ll find a loft with a pull-out sofa bed and another bedroom with two single beds (each 1.40 x 2.00 m). A crib can be provided upon request. Payment is made on site in cash. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Guests must bring their own towels or rent them for an additional fee of 5.00 EUR per person. Use of the washing machine is available upon request for an additional fee of 3.00 EUR per load.
