Set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and fruit orchards, in the green hillVilla del Poggiois a lovely country villa with a great infinity pool. Its location offers guests a breathtaking view over the valley and the sea and inspires complete and total relaxation.

From the covered veranda, you access the living room with comfortable sofas, tv-sat, air conditioning, and a dining table. Close to this room, there is a masonry kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven. microwave, fridge and all you need for a comfortable stay. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area made up of a double bedroom with a/c, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.NB The fireplace and wood oven can't be used

From the kitchen, you can access the veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs and it is here that you will probably take most of your meals during the summer months. In the front veranda, there is also a bbq area.The sea view infinity pool (4x8.50) is the best part of the house. The pool has a special filtering system, the water is a little salty but no chemical substances are used for its cleaning. Around the pool you find the sunbeds and a beach umbrella.

The nearestbeach of Guidalocais 6.5 km away, just 10 min driving. Just 4.5 km from Villa del Poggio you find a bakery/pizzeria.Castellammare del Golfowith its supermarkets, restaurants, stores, ect ect is about 10 km from here. The old village ofScopelloand its gorgeousLo Zingaro Reserveis 9 km away.
