Villa Elite 2 is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached house sharing a wall with its sister villa Elite 1. Both villas, Elite 1 and Elite 2, share a fully enclosed garden, yet each villa is a self-contained holiday home with its own pool, terrace, and two parking spaces. Elite 1 is located in the front part of the property.The garden features a private pool and sun loungers. Take advantage of this and cool off in the pool during the day, then relax on the loungers. Enjoy the sun for the perfect tan with a refreshing drink in hand. Use the garden barbecue to prepare fantastic meals to enjoy with family and friends in the covered outdoor dining area.The pool can be heated outside the main season for an additional charge.Behind the house, there is a children's playground shaded during the day, where your children can play carefree. The villa has a spacious, bright, and airy ground floor with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. An additional bathroom is also available here. The living room offers plenty of space for all guests to spend quality time together, for example watching their favorite sports team on TV or singing favorite songs on a karaoke machine.On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a large terrace – the perfect spot for your first morning coffee or tea while the sun rises over the region.Villa Elite 2 is located on the outskirts of Pula, allowing you to easily walk to nearby beaches or explore the many historic sights of the old town.
