The Space

The main level features a bright, open-concept living area that seamlessly blends relaxation and entertainment. The custom-designed kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new Café appliances, a wine refrigerator, and everything needed to prepare meals with fresh local seafood from nearby favorites such as Surf City Crab and Topsail Steamer.
Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious primary suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and bidet, and its own private balcony overlooking the marsh and water. The second floor also includes a bunk room with four beds and a sleeper sofa, as well as a fourth bedroom with a queen bed—providing plenty of space for multiple families or larger groups.
Step outside onto the expansive covered porch off the living room and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching coastal wildlife in the marsh creeks and taking in spectacular sunset views over the water and bridge.

Zephyr House is thoughtfully equipped with families in mind. For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack 'n Play and plastic dinnerware. Older children can enjoy a collection of books and board games after a day at the beach. Every bedroom features a wall-mounted Roku Smart TV, allowing guests to easily stream their favorite services using their personal login credentials.
