This 3 BR 2 BA home is perfect for your vacation in delightful Chatham. From June 20th to September 12th 2026, there is a 7-night minimum stay (one week) Saturday to Saturday. Before and after those dates, shorter 3-night and 5-night stays are possible. Check-in time is after 4PM and check-out time is 10AM.

Inside the home, guests find a welcoming space with two king beds and one full bed, plus a cozy living room featuring a queen-sized futon. The two bathrooms include a bathtub and bidet, adding a touch of comfort to your stay.

Special features that guests love: a music room with a baby grand piano, a wondeful deck for outdoor dining, a fire pit and an outdoor shower with a clawfoot tub!

Hi! I'm Jason. Originally from the Boston area, I also lived in Spain for 8 years and in Minneapolis for about 25 years. My career has been in the field of translation and localization services. Moved to the Cape in 2017 to take care of this family summer home after my Mom was no longer well enough to take care of it. I've been a vacation rental host for 8 years now, starting with rooms and now I rent the entire home in the summer as I spend a good part of my time traveling and spending time with loved ones in other parts of the world. I hope you enjoy everything about this home as much as I do!

This neighborhood sort of chose me! It is where my family summer home was located.

It is super quiet and peaceful here, great for walking around the streets with very little traffic or biking. There's a wonderful spring-fed pond just a 10 minute walk away... excellent for swimming, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding.
