The beautiful balcony, facing the dike, invites you to relax and creates a pleasant atmosphere.<br><br>The living area has carpeted floors and features a fold-out bed, a table with two chairs, an armchair, and a sofa with a coffee table. The separate kitchenette offers everything you need for self-catering.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The apartment’s furnishings are more classic than modern, but offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.<br><br>A free underground parking space (max. height: 149 cm) is also available.<br><br>Simple, functional, and close to the beach—ideal for a hassle-free vacation for two!<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, right behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.<br><br>All apartments are comfortable and accessible via elevator, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.<br><br>The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.<br>• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.<br>• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
