• The only shared space is the garage, entryway and laundry. You might see us in our backyard, we are always happy to chat, but our level of interaction is up to you. We will always respect your privacy.
• BBQ grill & bistro table are yours to use at your leisure
• The gated area of the backyard are restricted and not for use.
• Surrounded by tall mature trees, so it feels private

• Our home has outdoor security cameras covering the surveillance of the home
• You will have 1-car garage parking space and can also park on the private driveway
• The driveway is lit up to make walking to the entry way easy at night.
