The Apartment/Suite is totally Private, has 2 air conditioners, 1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the TV room, there is 1 Queen Bed in the Bedroom with very comfortable mattress and a folding bed.
There is extra linens, blankets and towels .
The room is large, has a dresser incorporated into the wall of 9 drawers to store clothes, also have a hanging clothes closet, and a spacious storage room
There is a Full Kitchen. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Rice Maker, Dishes and Pots there also a Pantry. ( Excellent for Long Term Stay)
The TV. Room is small there is love sofa Smart TV.
The bathroom have all amenities/extra towels and toiletries.






Cleaning Fee not applied / leave the property in normal conditions to don't be charged another fee ( 50 $ USD ).

Great place overall

Very clean property and the owner is super friendly. Also very good at communication. The place is cute and in a great place for traveling to places in NJ and NY.

Lovely rental & experience

The rental was clean, adorable, comfortable, & had great details! Blanch was a terrific host with the perfect amount of communication and privacy, adhering to covid-19 precautions yet providing a wonderful & welcoming space. The apartment itself was perfect with a vintage charm and modern amenities. Even the sugar container and bathroom hamper were cute! I would absolutely recommend the rental and host again. Thank you for such a magnificent stay!

Blanch is a very nice lady, she responds quickly to any questions you may have. Her home is very well taken care of, the garden is lovely! There were clean, new or nearly new towels and bedding, the kitchen had plenty of dish ware and there was coffee/tea available, salt & pepper, sugar and a few other spices you might need if cooking a meal. I was so happy with ice being made in the freezer when we arrived! We had a nice short stay at her home, I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, however, the mattress was not good, the shower water was not hot and it is upstairs on the second floor with very steep stairs, which made it very difficult to bring up luggage. Wish I knew ahead of time.

Blanch was great! She is very welcoming and has good communication. The space is cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in New Jersey.

Good clean and convenient accommodation

We were happy that we booked Blanch's property for our short stay. She is a very helpful host, she showed us how to get to the nearby bus stop and some good restaurants. The property is very clean and the location is excellent. The bedroom is in the loft and the steps can be a bit challenging for older people with heavy luggage. The bathroom shows the age although maintained clean. Overall, a nice place in a an excellent neighborhood.

Amazing Place

The apartment was very nice and very clean! Blanch was an amazing host and very accommodating!!! I would recommend her cola r to anyone needing a place to stay!! Bed was very comfy and kitchen was nice! Frat place to unwind and have a romantic getaway!

Blanch is a great host. I needed to add a couple days to my reservation and she graciously allowed me to do so. My daughter had a performance with Company SBB and Montclair State University Spring Dance Concert . The apartment has everything you need. It is small and cozy. The location is within a nice safe neighborhood. There aren’t many restaurants in the immediate area, but she has menus for a few. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
