    War super, nur im Bad war die Heizung an die man nicht abstellen konnte und das bei 30 draußen . Und das Licht im Bad ging nicht.

    Tolle Unterkunft direkt am See Liegewiese seezugang bootabstellplätze alles Super. Negativ sind die Betten. ansonsten alles super Danke an fewo - service echt tolle Mitarbeiter.

    verouderd appartement, met prachtig uitzicht

    het appartement uitgezocht op het uitzicht, en dat was ook echt prachtig. combinatie appartement, en zwembad beneden, en bodensee heel dichtbij , was super. Het appartement is alleen erg verouderd. stoelen en banken, waren niet fijn om op te zitten, en de bedden lagen niet fijn. maar we hadden onze eigen buitenstoelen mee, we hebben ons er goed mee gered.

    Die Wohnung liegt super günstig und hat einen tollen Seeblick. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads machte das perfekt! Die Einrichtung sollte unserer Meinung nach mal erneuert werden! Nicht überall passt der Charme der 70er Jahre! Aber wir waren sehr zufrieden!

    Lage und Möglichkeiten des Hauses waren sehr gut: Aufzug, Garten Zugang zum See. Die Wohnungseinrichtung selber stammt vermutlich aus Sechziger /Siebziger Jahren :Bad: Fliesen Armaturen Schränke (renovierungsbedürftig) , das Schlafzimmer hatte nur schmale Einzelbetten in einem Miniraum ohne Fenster, die Küche war sehr klein,, aber mit einem Herd neuester Bauart(Induktionsherd)

    Sommerurlaub in Überlingen bei traumhaftem Wetter.

    In die Jahre gekommenes größeres Objekt mit tw. deutlich sichtbarem Instandhaltungsrückstau. Beim betreten der Wohnung sieht man sofort, dass es sich hier um eine reines Vermietungsobjekt handelt. Die von uns angemietete Ferienwohnung war vom Stand noch aus der 70 er Jahren. Dies war an der Sanitäreinrichtung, den Fliesen im Bad sowie der dunklen Einrichtung (Küche und Wohnraum in dunkler Eiche) ersichtlich. Kochen oder Braten ist in der fensterlosen Küche nicht zu empfehlen, da hier lediglich eine Umluftdunstabzugshaube vorhanden ist. Dass die Sauna nur durch Eigentümer genutzt werden darf, ist nicht gerade Gästfreundlich. Eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für hochwertige E-Bikes wird Gästen nicht angeboten. (war uns bei der Anmietung auch bekann) Dass die Wohnung nicht über W-Lan verfügt passt zu Stiel der Wohnung. Vorteile; Nähe zum See und zum Ort.

    Die Lage war voll super alles in bester Ordnung. Was fehlte war das WLAN ein unbedingtes muss.

    Die Matratzen gehören dringend erneuert. WLAN ist sehr wichtig. Gästeinformation: Schiffahrtspläne, Ausflugsziele, Ärzte, Norfall Nummer usw Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns gut Erholt.
