This 3BR/2.5BA town house has spectacular views of the lake from a fully screened in back porch with a gas grill, couch and seating area for 6 people. With an open concept for plan there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space to host a large family, as well enough seating for 6 people in the dining area and 2 on the bar stools. The living room has a couch, two arm chairs, smart tv, electric fireplace, and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch; for that indoor/outdoor atmosphere.

Upstairs you will find the master and two guest rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite with a double vanity, large walk-in in closet, separate soaker tub, and glass walk-in shower. Down the hall one bedroom has two twin beds and the other with a queen bed and smart tv. The two bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway with tub/shower combo.

This house is ready for adventures around the island with access to 2 bikes! There is enough parking for 3 cars with one car in the garage.

Guests also have access to the community pool located at the front of the complex.
