This cabin was amazing. It was perfect for my husband and I our adult children and their significant others. Our dog loved the outdoor space and seeing deer as well as turkey. My kids loved the fire pit. We will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin was clean and exactly as listed. I am sure once the property is landscaped it will be perfect, the lot is beautiful. The neighborhood gang of deer came every day, which was very fun. We would definitely stay at this property again. We enjoyed our time here.

Great place. Great stay. No complaints. Brian’s place is new, clean and very homey. I would pick this place again and again. He has all the amenities. Everything you need. Fire pit, grill, bottle of wine, deck, kitchen, and everything else was great.

The cabin was very clean and comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were very nice with shower stalls. There were plenty of towels and bed linens available. Brian was up front about the status of the landscaping process and the area was easy to access and park. The location was great for accessing local businesses in Woodruff and travel to Minocqua. Brian checked in with us and was available if we had any questions or needs.We were in the area for a family gathering and appreciated having a easily accessible and comfortable place to go to to sleep. We will definitely consider a stay the next time we are in the area.

This was a great property for our short stay. The property is a new listing and the exterior construction was not complete. The house interior is very comfortable and nicely furnished. I look forward to renting this property again when the deck and yard are completed.

The owner texted us any info he thought we needed and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The outside still needs to be finished ….cement was poured a few days before our arrival and the rest of the yard is still dirt. And I’m guessing a tv will be mounted downstairs in the sitting area, nice area just didn’t use it because of the lack of tv. Definitely recommend though and would like to stay again once it’s all completed.

We rented this house for our family vacation during the 4th holiday. We were aware that this was a new construction and the owner Brian was very clear that some landscaping was not complete. We arrived to them finishing the deck on the house and they were very welcoming and respectful of our time. The house was extremely nice inside with everything being new. We put the kids upstairs and took the basement area bedroom that was very beautiful, wide open and had a wonderful bathroom with quiet time away from the kid noise. The whole house was amazing for just beginning to rent to the public. The best part was the deck and outdoor vibe as well. Brian finished off the grounds area for us and put in a wood burning pit for us with chairs. Its a wooded area and in a matter of hours after our arrival we had Deer standing in our yard, feet from us allowing us to feed them some fruit. Every morning and evening them came back and often times laid down near us while we made s'mores. Brian was a great communicator! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Our kids told us it was their favorite vacation ever.
