Schlechte Kommunikation und unzureichende Hilfe bei Problemen - dafür schöne Lage

Wir haben leider eine unschöne Erfahrung bei der Miete der Ferienwohnung machen müssen. Bei Anreise gab es kein warmes Wasser und es hat vier Tage gedauert bis der kaputte Durchlauferhitzer ausgetauscht wurde. Unser Problem haben wir am zweiten Urlaubstag dem Ferienkontor gemeldet. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie versuchen den Eigentümer zu erreichen. In der Zwischenzeit sollten wir mal verschiedene Sachen probieren (Heizung an, Strom an und ausmachen, Wasser lange laufen lassen usw.) Achtung, nach eigener Aussage vermittelt der Ferienkontor nur und ist bei Problemen nicht zuständig, sondern der Eigentümer. Kontaktdaten gibt es keine von ihm. Wir hatten das Gefühl das unser Problem nicht ernst genommen wird. Mittwochs sind wir angereist. Samstags abends hat uns der Eigentümer erstmals kontaktiert und am Montag wurde der Durchlauferhitzer getauscht. Immerhin gab es Rabatt für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Allerdings auch da nur auf Nachdruck. Als Hinweis zur Ausstattung: Wenn man mit Baby bucht, sollte man eine Matratze mitnehmen. Das Reisebett hat keine extra Matratze drin und ist sehr hart. Ebenso gibt es keine Bettwäsche für das Baby. Ansonsten empfiehlt es die typischen Hygieneartikel mitzunehmen (Handseife, Spüli, etc.) Das haben wir leider vermisst. An der Lage der Wohnung ist nichts auszusetzen und auch die Gegend ist schön ruhig.

Eine super schöne Wohnung alles drin was man benötigt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super, Nähe zum Deich zwei Minuten. Es war eine schöne Woche Erholung und schönes Wetter und dann noch das Drachenfest. Wir kommen wieder. Wir würden uns riesig Freunen wenn der Vermieter uns ein Angebot machen könnte für nächstes Jahr im Mai aber bitte für 4 Personen mit 2 abgeschlossenen Wohnungen in einem Haus. Es kann aber auch eine Wohnung für 4 Personen sein. MfG Eheleute Velten/Humpert-Velten
