The stunning traditional holiday home 'Casa Romana' is located in Pollença and impresses guests with its view of the mountains. The 3-storey property is beautifully decorated and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a smart TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the mountain views from your open terrace and spend long evenings outside with your loved ones.

Delightful Place in a Beautiful and Quiet Town

Casa Romana is a wonderful old house in the center of the beautiful town of Pollensa. The house is lovely and a great place to relax and even have some privacy while traveling with family. The design is a bit unusual but filled with comfortable places to unwind, read a book, or cook a meal. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor patio is a very nice place to have breakfast. And when you walk out into the street you are surrounded by history and a sense you are in a different era. Just a two minute walk from the Calvari steps and minutes from so many shops, restaurants, and places to chill. We loved this house as a place to stay. Our only modest challenges were initially finding the house and navigating the old and narrow streets in a medium-size car, and the showers are a bit small but the hot water was great.

Rosemary was really helpful in all communication and on arrival. She had amazing local knowledge.

Great location, we definitely made the right choice of location on the island and the house was so easy to stay in. Rosemary, the owner, was really helpful with all her communication being clear, especially the directions from the airport. Check out instructions were clear and easy too! A great stay!

Amazing place in a beautiful surrounding

We enjoyed our holidays in this home so much. It is a unique and cosy place and we were happy to feel the spirit of a real Spanish house. You will find everything in the apartment and there is a lot of space for a family. There are some stairs, so you need some mobility to reach the upper rooms. We can highly recommend this nice place if you wish to experience a real Spanish life style. Thank you so much, Rosemary, for all assistance, the warm welcome and the nice contact. Une maison typique Espagnole dans un village authentique

Merci à Rosemarie pour son accueil sur place. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners dans le patio. La jolie piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir pendant les heures chaudes. La petite terrasse est parfaite pour un apéro sur les toits en soirée. La maison est bien équipée. Rosesmary a su conserver l’authenticité de cette vieille demeure espagnoles au cœur de Pollença. Excellent séjour, petite ville pleine de charme !

Old world charm in a beautiful town

Packed with character, this property is a rare and unique historical gem full of quirks and charm. The town of Pollenca is fantastic with an amazing number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the property.
