Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, der Gebäudekomplex gut abgesichert. Der Parkplatz war nur befahrbar nach dem Öffnen der Schranke per Schlüssel, ebenso der Hauszugang. Die Ferienwohnung super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Selbst ein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Badesachen war vorhanden. Ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon direkt auf die Ostsee. Und die zentrale Lage hat uns auch begeistert. Der vorhandene Fahrstuhl erleichtert älteren Menschen und Familien mit Kindern einen leichten Zugang zur Wohnung im 3. Stock. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dauerbewohner dieser Anlage waren sehr nett und freundlich und gaben uns einige gute Tipps. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung immer wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal ! Was uns nicht so gefallen hat , ist der gefangene Schlafraum , wegen mangelnder Lüftungsmöglichkeit . Was auch negativ war , das zwar ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist , aber bevor man den erreicht ,muss man 10 Stufen bewälltigen und dann noch mal 3 Stufen um in die Wohnung zu kommen, das ist im Alter mit Gepäck schwer und müsste bei der Buchung dringend angegeben werden.
