Newly renovated home on a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from shopping and dining. Sleeps 10 with a spacious open layout perfect for groups. Relax in the primary suite with a soaking tub. Kids and adults will love the bonus room with arcade games, Nugget couches and books. Enjoy a backyard oasis with putt putt course, picnic area and lush landscaping. Also includes a 2 car garage, with a tornado shelter for peace of mind.

Welcome to a spacious, family-friendly home designed for comfort and fun! As you enter through the front door, you’re welcomed into a cozy living room with a smart TV, perfect for relaxing together.

Main Level Layout:
- Living room with smart TV
- Hallway to the left leads to 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Twin beds + smart TV
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed + smart TV
- Full bathroom next to queen room
- Bedroom 3: King suite with walk-in closet, ensuite bath & smart TV

Upstairs Bonus Room:
- 4 built-in single beds
- 2 arcade games
- 2 Nugget couches

Extras & Outdoor Space:
- 2-car garage access with a tornado shelter inside.
- Backyard with picnic table & putt putt course
- Perfect for groups, families, and fun getaways!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood (at the end of a Cul-de-sac) that is family friendly. 20 min to historic downtown Franklin and 35 - 40 min to downtown Nashville.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 10. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
