Sycamore Springs is a newly renovated & private cottage sitting on over 1acre. All new furnishings make this home away from home a cozy, clean & peaceful oasis! Enjoy star lit nights by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub with over 50 jets! Come enjoy the slower side of Franklin with easy access to all the fun & outdoor activities! Centrally located Between Nashville and Columbia and next-door neighbors with Leipers Fork & Franklin! We look forward to hosting you soon!

Property was nicely updated and very clean. Quiet location with a private patio and hot tub. All essentials provided. We will definitely stay again when we're back in town.

My stay at this charming cottage was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, it was the perfect relaxing retreat we were hoping for.The property is even better than the pictures show! The cottage is cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. It’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was so inviting.Now, the highlight—the hot tub! Soaking under the stars after a day of exploring was pure bliss. It was private, well-maintained, and the perfect temperature. It truly made the trip special.Most importantly, especially these days, we were so impressed with the cleanliness. The "sanitized" promise is 100% accurate. The entire cottage felt sparkling clean and very safe, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation.The location was ideal for us—private and quiet, yet still a short drive to town for restaurants and activities. The owners were wonderful communicators, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can return. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and clean getaway with a wonderful luxury perk. Five stars all around!Thank you for a wonderful stay

This was the perfect place for my sons and I for one night. It was so cute and cozy. We loved the patio and the hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful cottage with much attention to detail. The beds were comfy, linens were nice. It was a such a joy to see lighting bugs, in the trees, behind the home at night. It brought back memories of childhood summers. The location was amazing. We spent one day exploring some of the smaller towns nearby.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! The owners were so intentional with Everything we could possibly need. It was very clean, great location etc! Can’t think of a single negative about this property. Will definitely be back.

Lovely cozy cottage

Modest little cottage, just off the road in a private setting. Inside was so cute and charming! It’s rare you walk in a place and think “I could live here”. It had everything to make guests comfortable. Water, snacks, coffee, creamer. Big, fluffy towels, soft sheets and beds. Spotless! We chilled by the fire pit with the provided wood. I can’t even list all the extras. Host thought of everything. I’m glad we found this place.

The perfect small spot for a getaway!

We LOVED our time staying at this property. It was our first vacation with our ten month old. It has everything you need throughout your vacation. The perfect amount of space and even with the rain we had we made the most of the outdoor amenities!If you're thinking about booking, do it!

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house is adorable and had everything we needed! There were many lovely touches. The house is close to Nashville and Franklin. The owners were very easy to work with. We had an issue due to some high winds. The owner was there quickly and took care of everything. We loved our stay and would return in the future!
