Sycamore Springs is a newly renovated & private cottage sitting on over 1acre. All new furnishings make this home away from home a cozy, clean & peaceful oasis! Enjoy star lit nights by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub with over 50 jets! Come enjoy the slower side of Franklin with easy access to all the fun & outdoor activities! Centrally located Between Nashville and Columbia and next-door neighbors with Leipers Fork & Franklin! We look forward to hosting you soon!

Adorable, clean and cozy home. Loved the hot tub and the beach towels( since we forgot ours). Loved all the personal care items and thoughtful touches like the Christmas tree, coffee flavorings, and tasteful decorations. Love that it was lit up and bright when we checked in after dark. Highly recommend

This was the perfect place for my sons and I for one night. It was so cute and cozy. We loved the patio and the hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for my wife and I and our 1 year old. Stocked with the essentials which was nice. Hot tub was awesome, with a small little "waterfall" that our daughter liked playing in. Very clean, and well kept. Loved it! Driveway is steep coming off the road, no problem for SUV or trucks but a car would need to be careful on the transition from the road, just fyi.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful cottage with much attention to detail. The beds were comfy, linens were nice. It was a such a joy to see lighting bugs, in the trees, behind the home at night. It brought back memories of childhood summers. The location was amazing. We spent one day exploring some of the smaller towns nearby.

The perfect small spot for a getaway!

We LOVED our time staying at this property. It was our first vacation with our ten month old. It has everything you need throughout your vacation. The perfect amount of space and even with the rain we had we made the most of the outdoor amenities!If you're thinking about booking, do it!

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Many amenities others don't provide. The hottub was nicer than most other places.We would recommend to others. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Another great stay!

Love this property from the great location, cleanliness and comfort! The host thinks of everything you may need and provides! Easy communication too! This was my second start at this property and I will always stay here when visiting Franklin Tn!
