Sycamore Springs is a newly renovated & private cottage sitting on over 1acre. All new furnishings make this home away from home a cozy, clean & peaceful oasis! Enjoy star lit nights by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub with over 50 jets! Come enjoy the slower side of Franklin with easy access to all the fun & outdoor activities! Centrally located Between Nashville and Columbia and next-door neighbors with Leipers Fork & Franklin! We look forward to hosting you soon!

**Guest will be charge a $500 fee for any smoke or vape smell inside the house

The house was clean, uncluttered, small in size, but rooms were roomy. Very peaceful country setting. The hottub was an added benefit, easy to open and operate. Host was responsive and we would definitely stay again. If you want a place away from the downtown Nashville craziness, this is it!

Such a cute house! Had everything we needed. Stayed with our 2 kids to break up a long drive from MO to NC. Kids were so excited for the hot tub and hammock. Also had a few games to keep them busy. We loved the decor. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! It is a beautiful area and the property had everything we could need. Dabney thought of everything. The hot tub was amazing, the outdoor areas were well thought out, th house was clean and well maintained. Wonderful!

Dabney was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This little cottage house was a cozy and pleasant getaway for me and my wife in the hills of Tennessee. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this quiet little spot. Super clean bright and refreshing. Love enjoying the hot tub for the very relaxing cold evenings. Bed is not to most comfortable but very much enjoyed this spot.

Adorable, clean and cozy home. Loved the hot tub and the beach towels( since we forgot ours). Loved all the personal care items and thoughtful touches like the Christmas tree, coffee flavorings, and tasteful decorations. Love that it was lit up and bright when we checked in after dark. Highly recommend

This cottage was PERFECT. Exactly the getaway my husband and I needed. We felt happily secluded while also within easy driving distance of everything we could need. We really enjoyed sitting out front on the lawn chairs during the day and the hot tub was wonderful on these cool fall nights. We also really appreciated the personal touches throughout the cottage that made it feel homey and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Dabney's place is adorable! Super cute, comfortable, clean. Had extras of everything! We loved being surrounded by trees. Enjoyed the hot tub while watching the leaves fall from the trees. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10
