Amazing property, would highly recommend! My wife and I were attending a concert at Cervantes Ballroom and it was a short walk to and from our show. Plenty of cool, funky restaurants nearby as well!

This is a very quiet and cool garden level apartment. It was comfortable and had all we needed. We wished there were more shops and restaurants nearby. We didn’t have a car and it was a bit of a walk to amenities and cultural attractions.

Very comfortable, clean unit in a good, quiet location. Many things within walking distance, though we did not really have the opportunity to explore on foot. As a host, Christopher was very quick to respond to questions/communications. I must say what first impressed me when we walked into the unit was not the odor, but the absence of one. No hint of humidity or deodorizer. Just clean and 'fresh'!Beyond that, the unit was nicely furnished/decorated and well stocked. It appeared recently updated with laminate floors throughout the living areas and bath (nice carpet in the bedroom). My traveling companion said the master bed was comfortable. I stayed on the sofa bed, and it was okay. Overall, we had no issues with the unit and were very happy with our stay.
