The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs MAX; 75 pounds per dog. Please contact Sunset Rentals to pay pet fee.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
