Welcome to the Barn Manor — a one-of-a-kind luxury barndominium nestled on 3 acres of fields and forest in the heart of the Finger Lakes. This stunning converted barn blends rustic charm with modern luxury, featuring soaring ceilings, custom woodwork, marble accents, and unique windows that flood the space with natural light.
The ground floor is an open-plan sanctuary — a comfortable queen bed flows naturally into the living area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm communal space perfect for groups. The spa bathroom features a rejuvenating jetted jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, the open loft offers a king-size Casper mattress, a queen bed, and a sofa bed — no doors between floors means this is a true communal retreat, ideal for families and close-knit groups who want to stay connected. Outside, unwind around the Solo Stove fire pit with outdoor seating and take in the peaceful backyard. Then venture into the enchanting abandoned tree forest — three acres of trees planted in beautiful rows, maintained trails weaving through the woods, and a magical atmosphere that has to be seen to be believed. This very forest was the setting for our own wedding ceremony.
Located in Trumansburg, 15 minutes from Ithaca and 25 minutes from Watkins Glen, the Barn Manor is your perfect base for exploring the Finger Lakes.
