Unterkunft

Für Schwerbehinderte mit Merkzeichen G ist die Eingangstreppe zur Whg. schwer zu bewältigen. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn der Handlauf bis zum Türrahmen gehen würde. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer und nebenan dem Kinderzimmer knarren. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es keinen vernünftigen Kleiderschrank. Das W-Lan schwankt und ist kaum verfügbar. Größere und einheitliche Kaffeelöffel gab es nur 3 Stck. Ein Geschirrablaufvorrichtung ist nicht vorhanden. Das Geschirr steht in verschiedenen von einander entfernten Schränken. Ansonsten war die Aufteilung ok. Die Lage ist auch ok.

Nicht nochmal

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Erreichbar und der Service der Ferienvermittlung ist super. Die Ausstattung in der Küche etc ist ebenfalls nicht schlecht. Leider mangelt es an Hygiene. Die Fenster sahen aus, als wären sie seit einem Jahr nicht mehr geputzt worden, die Waschbecken, der Boden und das Geschirr waren dreckig. Besen und Staubsauger waren vorhanden, aber ebenfalls voller Dreck. Eine steile Treppe führt in die Wohnung. Ein Doppelbett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung gequietsch, ansonsten bequem. Keine Dekoration, es fehlte die Liebe zum Detail. Es gab nichtmal Kissen am Sofa. Grundsätzlich renovierungsbedürftig.

Die Vermietargentur war sehr freundlich. Das Mietobjekt würde ich jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Entspricht leider nicht den Erwartungen

Leider haben wir die Wohnung in einen nicht sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Außerdem wirkte die Wohnung nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Es fehlte die Liebe zum Detail. Die Bilder im Internet geben nicht das wieder, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Lage war gut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht über ein.
