Thank you Michelle for review and feedback. I will definitely add a toaster to the house. There is an ice machine in the pantry on bottom shelf. I will move it to where guest can see it better. I will inform the cleaning company about the coffee pot issue. Unfortunately the smoke/ carbon detection is newly installed and can not be moved or turn off. Being the 1st year I am doing short term rentals I had to pass a safety inspection by town and they specifically pointed out to have it there due to proximity the three bedrooms on the floor.
