Schönes Haus ohne Heizung

Das Haus an sich ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Wir hatten während des gesamten Aufenthaltes allerdings weder warmes Wasser noch Heizung und das bei 5 Grad Außentemperatur. Am zweiten Tag kam dann ein Techniker, der an der Situation nichts ändern konnte. Der Fehler an der Wärmepumpe bestand schon mindestens 8 Tage. Nach zahlreichen Beschwerden über Email und Telefon sagte man uns eine Gutschrift zu. Die Höhe der Gutschrift ist allerdings lächerlich. Da die Probleme mit den Wärmepumpen laut Techniker in der gesamten Neubausiedlung bestehen würde ich von einer Buchung abraten. Auch das Entgegenkommen war bezüglich einer Entschädigung mehr als schlecht. Nie wieder würde ich dort buchen. Einfach nur schlecht!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu 8 in Ferienwohnung. Es war super. Zwei von uns mussten zwar das Wohnzimmer als Gästebett-Zimmer beziehen aber da wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren und tolles Wetter hatten um draussen zu sitzen hat das niemanden gestört. Das Haus ist recht neu, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt fast direkt am See. Die Kommunikation für eine Nachreservierung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
