Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt!Gemütlich, sauber, ruhig. Außerdem war sie gut ausgestattet und ich habe nichts vermisst. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten war ich am Strand und in der City. Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Kirchengelände direkt hinter der Kirche mit Garten und Strandkorb.Der Kontakt im Voraus mit Frau Schwermer war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Der CheckInn hat auch problemlos geklappt.Ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding erg goed, de locatie is echt een Hot Spot. Aanrader is op het strand een Strandkorb te huren. Voor de rest is de omgeving zeer verzorgd, met leuke fietsroutes.Voor de rest is het een prima huisje voor met zijn tweeën.Groetjes Hans en Monique van Thuijl

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Strand, Gastronomie, Geschäfte, Bus usw. ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Terrasse und der PKW Abstellplatz. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Für zwei Personen und Kurz Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Für zwei Personen Ausreichend Platz. Alles Sauber und Ordentlich. Leider muss man ins Bett krabbeln, da das Bett von Wand zu Wand steht. Die Terrasse mit Strandkorb ist bei Sonne und Wind Ideal. Die Umgebung zum Einkauf, Zentrum, Strand, ist auf kurzen Wegen zu erreichen.

Timmendorfstrand sehr schön, obwohl die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr zentral zu Geschäften Restaurants und Strand ist, würden wir uns in Timmendorf das nächste Mal nach einem anderen Domizil umschauen, da es aufgrund der Lage an viel befahrender Straße auf der Terrasse recht laut ist. In der Wohnung Abends und Nachts ruhig.

Sehr zufriedenstellend insgesamt, 1 Punkt Abzug, weil es zwar einen Parkplatz zur Wohnung gab, aber die netten Leute von Malteser oder Kirchenbesucher diesen leider andauert trotz Schild blockiert hatten.

Urlaub Timmendorfer Strand 2023

Schöne, saubere und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufsmarkt und zum Omnibusbahnhof. Der Parkplatz befindet sich unter einem Lindenbaum, wir waren im Juni 2023 da und es war gerade Blütenzeit. Wir mussten unser Auto 4 x waschen in den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes da das Auto dauernd verklebt war durch den Honigtau. Zu erwähnen ist noch dass das Bett von einer Wand zur anderen Wand reicht und ein "Einstieg" nur von vorne möglich ist. Insbesondere aufgrund der guten Lage würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Tolle FeWo zentral gelegen

Die FeWo ist in einem sehr guten, weil renovierten, Zustand! Sehr zentral gelegen zu Strand, Promenade und Supermärkte. Allerdings muss man schon wissen das die FeWo genau hinter der Kirche liegt und der Stellplatz davor ist. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung an der Strandpromenade

Sehr schöne FeWo mit allem drum und dran. Geräumiger Wohnraum, große Terrasse und gemütliches Bett. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand und in 1/4h am Hansa-Park.
