Terrace, garden furniture. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path (55 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m. Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 18.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18.8 km, tennis 1.4 km, gondola lift 2.3 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ice rink 1.9 km, children's playground 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 17 km, Real Fly 19.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 2.3 km. Hiking paths: Pra Da Dzeu 350 m, Bisse Vieux 1.2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 small children's room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Wunderschönes Chalet, steile Treppe

Top ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber, im Winter leider ohne direkte Sonne aber toller Blick. Die Treppe die vom Parkplatz zum Haus führt ist steil und lang und im Dinkeln nicht bzw. unzureichend beleuchtet, Wenn man dann drin ist, ist es wirklich super. Für das Rclette wäre ein Verlängerungskabel schön gewesen.

Sehr Gut Nur Eingangsbereich müsste besser isoliert werden da die Heizung nur Energie verschwendet und keine Chance hat diesen Bereich nur annähernd zu erwärmen .

Wir schätzen Ihre Kommentare und freuen uns, dass Sie das Chalet gern weiterempfehlen. Am Eingang (separat abgeteilt) befindet sich tatsächlich keine Heizung, die Konstruktion des Chalets kann allerdings nicht verändert werden.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Hele mooie woning, zeer complete keuken, hele fijne grote bedden, heerlijke douche, prachtig uitzicht. Beneden Airco, boven (bij buitentemperatuur van 34 graden) wel warm.
