Great place to stay

Good location, not too busy at this time of year. Kitchen very well stocked, clean washing machine and very close to the beach, Alcudia Port and bus stops to get around.

Sweet modern home in a great location

Top floor balcony affords terrific views and the beach was only a 5-minute walk. Restaurants nearby within a few minutes walk. We had a great stay and would easily stay here again!

It was a nice and clean place to stay with a great view

It was easy to find parking space, but we were visiting not on high season. What was missing, shampoo and some gel in the bathroom at least for the first night and also some coffee would have been nice. Everything else was great, great place for families, a lot of space.

A great stay in Alcudia

The apartment is in an apartment block with locals. Good amenities and lovely restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. Check in was difficult as the key box was playing up and the door requires a knack, but quickly rectified once I got it it was easy. The apartment has more amenities than stated on the listing, including a hairdryer and first aid stuff. Overall a good base for a great holiday.

Balkon, Lage, Sauberkeit, gute Kommunikation Die Betten waren sehr ungemütlich und eher von geringer Qualität. Beide Fernseher und auch die Waschmaschine funktionierten nicht.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ausblick beim Frühstück auf das blaue Meer. Die Lage ist perfekt, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomien sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verlief tadellos - bei anfänglichen Problemen mit dem WLAN konnte schnell eine Lösung gefunden werden. 10/10 - jederzeit wieder!

Wohnung nicht geeignet im Januar/ Februar

Die Wohnung ist recht kühl im Januar/ Februar. Im Bad keine Heizung. Im Wohnraum ein Ofen mit Petroleum -Füllung mit keinerlei Anleitung, bzw Hinweis darauf. Um diese Jahreszeit sind keine Restaurants und Shops in der Umgebung geöffnet. Auto erforderlich. Ideal Property Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechsel bereitstellen. Wurde jedoch sofort nach Anruf geliefert.

Great Apartment! The agency Ideal Property Management did an outstanding job! Forgot the key in the apartment and were able to contact them at night and get a spare key within 20min. Highly recommended.

100% Empfehlung

In der Nebensaison eine hervorragende, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Sobald die Saison los geht, ist man mitten im Geschehen und hat sehr kurze Wege. Dank der Schlafzimmer nach hinten ist es trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung übertraf die Beschreibung und wir haben uns umgehend heimisch gefühlt.

Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar Ausstattung bestens Schön und gemütlich eingerichtet Zugang zum Internet, trotz Anschreiben während der Aufenthaltes(keine Antwort)... Keine Information. Geruchsbelästigung in der Wohnung sehr unangenehm.... Wahrscheinlich Feuchtigkeit....
