Located in the heart of La Bresse, the 55 m² “Sous le Toit de Marie et Jean” apartment welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unique design features a double-height living area with a 12 m² net lounge, a mezzanine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fan, baby cot, high chair, and a ski storage room. Toys and books are also available for children.



From the apartment, take in mountain views and benefit from the central location in La Bresse.



You have access to a shared on-site parking space; additional parking is available on the street. Public transport is easily accessible nearby. The municipal swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away. The weekly local market takes place right outside your window. Pets and events are not allowed. Waste sorting is required.

Perfect stay in La Bresse

Pros: The apartment location is ideal in the center of La Bresse. No need to use the car, you can go shopping in La Bresse by foot (or bike). The apartment itself is really nice, very well equipped. It has been refurbished very recently with usability and design in mind. The net is a real plus : we used it a lot for naps. The kitchen is also very well equipped : we cooked a lot and it was a pleasure. Cons: Nothing !

Very nice stay in a wonderfully renovated apartment

Pros: Very well organized check-in and communication with the hosts. Fully equipped apartment. Nice rooms, nice view, plenty of games to keep us busy in the cocoon. The catamaran net is amazing and helps relaxing. Very good location in the town centre, close to bakeries, groceries, restaurants, shops etc. Availability of charging stations for EVs nearby. Cons: The sofa was just big enough for 3 people (but there are plenty of other places where to sit and relax in the apartment).

Very tastefully done up apartment

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen, much better than my own house! The net at the loft is the heaven for the kids, they can observe the mama cooking from the top and gave their comments! Lots of board games and books, we played charade and memory games, which we normally won’t do it at home, lots of laughter. Super U is 500m walk, we get our groceries from there and cook in the apartment. The Super U is big and with lots of choices. Intersport is also very nearby, we walked over to get ski gloves in the morning. Free Ski shuttle bus is just diagonally opposite the unit, christmas market is just in front of the unit, there’s fireworks on Christmas eve! Really highly recommended for anyone visiting La Bresse. I booked 5 different accommodations for this trip, everyone ranks this as first without hesitation! Cons: The stairs to the unit especially when with luggage

Appartement magnifique et très agréable

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique appartement. Les enfants ont adoré le petit coin nuit à l’étage, comme s’ils étaient dans leur cabane et ont bien profité du filet pour se détendre et lire les livres laissés à disposition. L’appartement est chaleureux et très bien équipé. Sa situation au cœur du village permet de bénéficier des commerces et laisse la possibilité de partir directement en balade. Nous avons tellement aprécié le séjour que nous l’avons quitté avec un sincère regret. On remercie les propriétaires qui sont d’une grande aimabilité.

super séjour dans un appart bien situé et bien équipé

Pros: nous avons apprécié l'équipement de l'appartement (le filet qui a ravie petits et grands), les livres, jeux, jouets pour enfants et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour sans stress. Cons: c'était trop court!!!

Very nice stay: cosy, well equipped et nice location

Pros: L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec du matériel de qualité (électroménagers ++) ! J’ai également beaucoup aimé l’éclairage, toutes les ambiances sont possibles. La localisation du logement est super bonne : plein centre, tout est à distance à pied ! Cons: Le stationnement n’est pas super pratique avec un bébé et une poussette, mais rien de dramatiquement embêtant.
