The extensive master bathroom has both a soaking tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads, while the 2nd bathroom has a large shower making it easy to refresh after adventures or get ready for an in town event. This serene home keeps you comfortable with heating and AC throughout. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, enjoying the 2 acre property with a front porch and back patio where you can watch nature all around, or sharing time with those you love, the lovely setting invites you to unwind and recharge. There is a fully equipped large kitchen to enjoy meals together, but the house is also close to the city if you want to explore all the amazing restaurants Birmingham has to offer. This home provides the perfect space to have fun and reconnect with friends and family.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not unmake the beds.
Let me know when you check out. If you need a late check out, please ask at least 24 hours in advance to see if we can accomodate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unplugged WiFi, alarms will alert police. Please contact me if resetting needed.
Restroom septic system, nothing but toilet paper can be flushed or it will be obstructed, extra fee if it happened, please use the bag beside toilet.
Tuesday night stays require taking trash can to the street or please notify me. Everyday quiet hrs outside 22:00-08:00. Inside smoking is not allowed
