The accommodation is located just a five-minute walk from the beautiful beach and is the perfect starting point for relaxing days by the sea. If you want to relax on the beach, it is worth it to walk a little further towards Muro, where you can relax in the shade of the pine trees and enjoy the peace and quiet. The accommodation itself is furnished in a purist style and is located in a vibrant neighborhood surrounded by various hotels. However, over all, the house has everything it needs.

Excellent property right in the middle of Alcudia! Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, yet in a secluded and safe area. The house itself was beautiful, spacious with all modern amenities. Lovely taras with small garden overseeing the canal. Music from nearby hotels kept us company on some nights:) Ideal place to relax! The host promptly responded to our queries. I will definitely recommend this place to stay!

Long winter holiday

We spent six weeks in February and March in the property and found it to be in an excellent location for exploring the whole island by car and only a short distance from the beach where we enjoyed fabulous walks. We really appreciated how quiet it was at that time, though the area became busier week by week as more businesses opened up. The house is spacious and furnished quite well. We loved the view of the lake and the back garden. Unfortunately we found it to be quite cold and not very cosy, despite the air con, until the temperature warmed up outside (like many properties in Spain it seems to be set up for summer rather than winter). The kitchen was well equipped but we felt the bathroom was rather basic and was showing it's age, the bath and shower are ready for upgrading. We had an issue with drainage and the owner responded very quickly. Despite the negative issues, we had a wonderful holiday and would be happy to return in the future

Propiedad amplia y cómoda

La pequeña piscina es un plus agradable. El porche trasero y jardín estupendos para cenar y desayunar. Tiene aparcamiento cerrado dentro de la propiedad (grupo de viviendas) lo cual está muy bien. La comunicación con Ideal Property Mallorca fue rápida, cortés y eficiente.

Das Haus ist super gelegen, hat ein schönes kleines Grundstück und eine schöne Aussicht

Wir waren insgesamt knapp 5 Wochen dort. Von der Ausstattung her hat man alles was man benötigt. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am Strand und hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Das Haus war sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und würden erneut dort übernachten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft

Die Lage war sehr gut, was unbedingt zu erwähnen ist, ist aber leider die Lautstärke abends bis etwa 24 Uhr aus dem Hotel gegenüber. Es ist wirklich sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ich hätte mir ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail gewünscht, es ist teilweise ein bisschen lieblos und wirkt abgerockt. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen. Auf der Terasse und im Garten kann man eine sehr schöne Zeit haben.

Logement conforme à l'annonce et à nos attentes.

De plus une place de parking privée est à disposition. Gros atout : plage à 5 min à pied. Bon à savoir pour les prochains visiteurs, nous entendons effectivement la musique de l'hôtel en face, nous y sommes allés avec un enfant de 3 ans mais peut être dérangeant pour les plus sensibles au bruit.

Very comfortable close to beach

House and distance to the beach was great. Unfortunately surrounded by all inclusive hotels and fast food restaurants. Only one or two decent restaurants near by. The house is very comfortable with good quality furniture and appliances but a bit low on utensils and crockery. The adjacent neighbours have two English bull dogs that can be noisy in the mornings and they weren't very good a cleaning up the dog poo, left in the heat of the day. I cant comment on the pool as there was issues with it the entire time we were there, we never got to use it.

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage

Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden weil die Mietwägen auf Mallorca unbezahlbar waren. Daher wollten wir etwas zentrales und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider birgt diese zentrale Lage und nächtlichen Lärm. Zum einen vom Hotel gegenüber und dann natürlich vom „Feiervolk“. Wenn man da etwas empfindlich ist sollte man sich Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Die Nachbarn der Unterkunft haben zwei Hunde. Die sind harmlos aber bellen ständig wenn einer am Zaun vorbeiläuft. Also wir waren tagsüber viel am Strand oder unterwegs. Daher war es für uns Ok. Die Unterkunft selber ist super gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett vorhanden. Super fand ich, dass sogar Badehandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurde . Ebenfalls wurde uns ein Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett für unser Baby organisiert. Die Agentur vor Ort ist generell sehr aufmerksam und bei jeder Email wurde uns umgehend geholfen - super Service! Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
