The Space:

This bright and airy retreat offers guests canal views and easy access via bike to the sugar-white sand beaches of Marco Island! This vacation rental is ideal for families or travel groups and offers amazing indoor/outdoor features including a private pool under a lanai, a furnished patio with a TV and sun loungers, and a seasonal firepit. Inside, enjoy the well-equipped, full kitchen with an oversized island, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table. After meals, settle into one of two living areas including a main space with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large, smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound as well as a separate game area stocked with books, puzzles, and games. Plus, for those who may need to do a little work remotely or attend school online, both bedrooms in this home include workstations with oversized monitors.





THINGS TO KNOW

Free high-speed WiFi for remote workers and students

Four beach chairs, two paddleboards, a beach cart, cooler, and beach umbrella are available for guest use

Four adult bikes and two children's bikes provided

A booster seat and age-appropriate games and toys are available for younger guests

Firepit available December 1st to April 30th

Pool heat is available from October 1st to May 1st for $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must request heat 72 hours in advance.

Snowbird-Friendly - Please Contact us to inquire about special rates.

* Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. The boat lift is not for guest use. Safe watercraft docking is not guaranteed.

Very clean. Happy with everything available. The pool heater and fountain were not working for a few days at the beginning but the pool company were able to come and fix it. Last day of the trip pool issue returned, the pool company did come out quickly but a little frustrating to keep dealing with it. Otherwise it was a great location.

Family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at Galleon's Treasure. The house was well appointed with plenty of linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom needs. The home was very comfortable and well decorated. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again sometime!

Great location, beautiful clean house!

Loved the location, house was immaculate. Wish the pool worked or could have been fixed while we were there - that was the only negative. Wonderfully well equipped house with fast wifi in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and grocery.

Spectacular Views

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the home. Great layout for entertaining and the south facing views of the canal are gorgeous! Can ride bikes or walk to beach and pickleball! Close to grocery and restaurants.

The location and views are amazing! It was super convenient to have the paddle boards and the bikes. We were worried about being able to get Ubers, but we didn’t have any issues ordering them during our stay. The sunsets from the dock were beautiful and we plan to rebook for next year!

Amazing Spot!

Beautiful pool and canal front home!

A clean, spacious and well maintained pool and canal home that was absolutely perfect for our family. We were able to relax after beach, fishing and Everglades day adventures. We definitely recommend. This was a memory filled, amazing week!

Great location! Nice to stay in and enjoy the home and easy to get anywhere in Marco. We did have several maintenance issues; we weren’t so pleased with response time. One thing resolved while we were there, but a few were not.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and stocked with everything needed from kitchen utensils, small appliances to beach accessories, bikes etc. it’s in very close walking distance to Mackle Park where the market is on Wednesdays and the back of house is south facing for sunshine all day! The homeowners did not miss a beat on this one!

Great place for a sunny getaway

We've been to Marco many times and always love the laid-back, friendly environment. Galleon's Treasure is conveniently located near one of the major roadways. It is in a quiet neighborhood conducive to relaxation. The house itself is updated in a beautiful coastal design, with plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas. The primary bedroom and bathroom are both spacious. All rooms were clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Overall we are happy to recommend Galleon's Treasure to other travelers.

Heaven is a place on Marco

Galleon’s Treasure really is a slice of heaven. The attention to detail, cleanliness, all day sunshine on the pool and deck really did make it our favourite place we have stayed on Marco (and we have been visiting Marco for the last 7 years…) The owners were fantastic to communicate with and really have thought of everything you could possible need while vacationing in their wonderful home. Literally, every little thing is catered for. If we could give it 11/10 we would!!

Unresponsive landlord

I was surprised to have to pay an additional fee over 300 to have the pool heated. I was even more surprised, after I paid, that it had not been heated. I was disappointed that I could not get this problem resolved and I could not use the pool for my intended rehabilitation program. I would never rent from this management company again.

Very disappointing

The house location is lovely and house decor is pleasing. However we had quite a few problems that were never addressed. It made our stay frustrating and miserable. Problems were: NO air conditioning for the duration. House got hot and humid, especially hard to sleep. NO pool heat which we paid extra for( told heater was broken)The gas grill was filthy/disgusting. My brother in law cleaned it, large bag of ash, grease, debri removed. We were next door to a construction site which was noisy during the day. NO attempts to rectify any of these issues was made after many phone calls to vrbo/vacasa. Long waits on phone , one agent hung up when I was explaining issues for the millionth time. No call backs to me despite vacasa having ALL my info. Apologies offered by other agents but never any action! I ve rented many times with vrbo, never so many problems and poor response/ lack of service
