Each apartment in this well-maintained complex has its own parking space. A large garden, a coin-operated washing machine, and a dryer are available for all guests’ shared use. The Wieker Bodden is only about 100 meters away. Several restaurants, a grocery store, and a bike rental shop are located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is in Juliusruh. Thanks to their proximity to the harbor and the Bodden waters, the apartments are ideal for anglers. There is a separate storage room for fishing gear and for hanging outdoor clothing.

The apartment is divided into a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and another bedroom with a bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. The living area includes a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and, of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment includes parking space No. 13 right next to the building. The garden next to the building is available for shared use. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for shared use, as well as bicycle storage.
