This comfortable condo offers easy access to the sugar‑white sands and emerald waters just steps from the building, making it perfect for families, couples, and snowbirds.
Splash is known for its resort‑style amenities, including multiple beachfront pools, a lazy river, interactive water play areas and slides for kids, a heated pool with hot tub, and a seasonally operated dive‑in movie theater. Guests also enjoy on‑site dining at the poolside bar & grill, a fitness center overlooking the water, and convenient shops and snack options within the resort. There is a 40 dollar fee per vehicle for the parking passes. This includes access to all amenities.

The view was amazing! It’s in a great location. Wonderful place to stay with kids. The unit was a little dated, but very well equipped. Host was very responsive and information regarding parking, check in, etc. was very clear. We had a fantastic time!

We spent a week here and loved the amenities and the view from the balcony. Check in was a breeze and the condo was as pictured. We did have an issue with the tub not draining while we showered but I think some draino would fix that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. There was literally anything you should need supplied. The whole unit was very clean and plenty of towels provided as well. We will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.
