Overall, We were pleased with the condo. The view was fantastic and a great spot to watch the sunrise! The layout, accommodations, and decor were nice and it was a short walk to the beach! I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t a role of paper towels or a garbage bag for the trash can. Aside from that, it had everything that was needed.

The condo was very clean, well appointed, stocked generously with linens, and the ocean view from the living area, master bedroom, and spacious balcony is stunning.

I have rented many oceanfront condos at Sea Colony and this one was the best so far. Except for the beds not being memory foam, everything else was more than what I expected based on the photos. The kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking and dining in. The carpet was clean and new. There were plenty of comfy quilts and blankets and pillows. Lots of storage space in every room. All the major appliances were new, and the entire condo was up-to-date and renovated. Beautiful view of the ocean and a convenient location for all of Sea Colony's many amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

This is our 3rd trip to Sea Colony but our first in this particular residence. We loved it! They could update some things but you are there for the ocean and the outside experiences more than indoor.

Nice property

This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is perfect. I would have rated it a 5 but the mattress and pillows in the master are not comfortable. They should be replaced.

Great place- has improved over previous years.

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. The cleaning has improved and there is a new mattress (king) this year. Some pillows seem newer and there are still some flat pancake pillows, too. The view is great. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and supplies (and coffee filters- bring ground coffee/no Keurig). I didn’t have to contact Vacasa for anything, which is a first!

Great

This was our second year staying here. It's a great place, but showing some signs of wear/aging. We will still rent it again, but wish there were someone who really cared about the place who can pay attention to the details. Vacassa is responsible for cleaning and we again had issues with this - but when we contact them, they are responsive.
