Kenneth, thank you for the review after your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the home. While we encourage you to call us during your stay so that we have the opportunity to address matters at hand, we understand that our guests are simply trying to enjoy their vacation and may feel hesitant to bring forth complaints during their stay. We will reach out to our local team so they are aware this needs to be brought to the cleaner's attention. We appreciate your patience and your cooperation in providing us with your honest feedback. We look forward to hosting you again. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback, Bradley. We apologize if the home was not properly supplied, and we'll follow up with our housekeeping staff to see that these starter items are restocked for future stays. Please know that we make every effort to prepare guests for what to expect in their rental homes and include information about the starter amounts of products to anticipate in our check-in email so guests can plan accordingly. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
