The Space:

From the moment you step into Oceans Five, a bright and cheerful condominium, you'll feel your cares drift away. The open floor plan creates a welcoming and spacious environment, perfect for the whole family to gather. The living area offers ample comfortable seating, making it the ideal spot to share stories from the day, plan tomorrow’s adventures, or simply relax while watching your favorite movie on the large smart HD TV. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the private balcony, where you can unwind to the lively sounds of the courtyard pool and the beach beyond. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail to relax and recharge. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for everyone and offers a great space for family meals. The chef of the group will love the modern kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pantry and refrigerator space. Whether you're cooking up a feast with fresh local seafood or grabbing a quick bite at the wraparound high-top granite bar, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free dining experience. After a fun day at the beach, retreat to the spacious main bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a large comfortable bed. Wind down by watching your favorite shows on the smart TV with Blu-ray player, or step out onto the balcony through the private sliding doors to soak in the peaceful ocean sounds before turning in for the night. Guests can also enjoy access to a variety of condo amenities, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers—all with no additional resort fees. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00297 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was comfortable and well-decorated. The location was great with the gorgeous beach right there and the nearby wildlife refuge within walking distance.

Convenience to beach, condo amenities were great. However was not as clean as expected, bathrooms were not santinized, toilets were dirty and counters were sticky.

Great location

The location was amazing. The condo is right on the beach and close to a nature preserve which was great for bike riding with the family. The complex is a little confusing and we struggled to find our assingned parking spot, condo and navigate the large facility this could be remidied with better signage. I feel some upgrades to the keys are needed as they use bulky RFID cards and physical keys. The condo was wonderful, clean and well stocked and inviting. Overall i would stay here again as it was close to everything but far enough youre out of the main tourist area.

Affordable and Beautiful on the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay overall at this condo. I enjoyed the location and the staff was very kind and helped us out quickly when we had issues. We weren't given much instruction on where the elevators were located so it took us a bit to find them. The binder in the condo also mentioned a Game Room with 24/7 access but we couldn't find it anywhere. The other thing that made us uncomfortable was I felt like I had to wash every dish before I used it and I also felt like I had to wipe down or wash the toys before my kids played with them because they felt dirty.

Mother/daughter weekend

The unit was as listed. Clean except for the balcony. The Santuary is on the beach and across the street from back Bay. There needs to be some signage around the property as to parking, and how to get from your unit to the pools, the beach and to Bay. We had dinner at Baja across the street, good for families, Blue Pete’s-also family oriented, more upscale, pricey, but beautiful, and Margie and Rays- fantastic steamed blue crab.

Amazing condo for nature lovers

Amazing condo for nature lovers Amazing early spring get- away. Beautiful spacious condo, plenty of room for my family of four. Place was very clean, and had a great kitchen. Bedrooms each has their own bathrooms, which we loved. The beds were all extremely comfortable, and rooms all had nice big windows. We were so happy with all the nature around within walking distance to the beautiful beach that was not at all crowded, and a 2 min walk to the fishing peer where my husband and kids could fish. We loved the beach stretching for miles and building sand castles so close to the condo was very convenient. Also we loved hiking and exploring the Back Bay nature reserve, which we were delighted to find so close to the condo as well. We would love to come back here for another great and memorable weekend!

The complex was large and a bit difficult to navigate at first. Old school actual key entry and separate key card to access the elevator. The unit was large, and we had plenty of space. It is close to the beach. Great Mexican restaurant on site. Super clean linens, but uncomfortable beds. The appliances were cleaned and washer/dryer was new. However, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and sand in the dish drainer and on the countertop. The carpet in the master bedroom is stained and dirty, and was not vacuumed. We found popcorn in the couch and under the dining room table. The vacasa staff were very responsive and helped us work thru some minor issues, and even offered to have the local cleaning crew contact us, but I ended up doing some cleaning up myself just so we could relax there. We got some strange robo calls but no one identified as someone with Vacasa or the cleaning company so cannot say for sure if they tried contact me.

Nice condo

Thanksgiving Stay The property management team were very responsive and provided excellent service. The house clean, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc Parking is extremely confusing but once figured out, tight but nice as the elevator is centrally located and very convenient. The condo itself is nice as it isn’t filled with cheesy beach stuff and has enough room that no one was bumping into one another. We did have a couple of issues, one being the beds (aka torture devices) in both rooms need to be replaced as they are shot! The carpets are filthy and need to be cleaned, and the light in the utility room flashes on and off like a strobe light. In spite of the few issues, we had a very nice stay as we visited family for the holiday.
