The Space:

Luxury meets relaxation at this two-story getaway in a waterfront golf resort community. You'll be just minutes from the beach and have easy access to a range of attractions, including water parks, winery tours, museums, and shopping outlets. Whether exploring local nature trails or enjoying live entertainment at the Freeman Stage at Bayside, there's something for everyone nearby. And even closer to home, the property boasts unmatched amenities you can access for an additional fee, like a heated 75-foot indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and state-of-the-art fitness areas, ensuring a rejuvenating stay. There's no shortage of activities with a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, and various sports courts, including tennis and basketball. Back at the house, the back deck offers a serene retreat with high table seating, Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill for alfresco dining under the stars. Inside, the bright and open living space is perfect for unwinding, while a separate home office caters to digital nomads seeking a quiet workspace. Kids will adore the top-floor bunk room filled with toys and books, including a train table for endless entertainment. Additional comforts of home include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances. Streaming is only with guest own accounts, and there is no cable. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great house in a great location

The house offers a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Really nice office for those working on vacation and can always be a room for a pack and play. The upstairs room is an awesome space for kids to play. Would gladly rent again!

Nice home, close to pool. Not many upgrades

Home was nice and fit exactly what we needed. We have stayed in nicer homes in Bayside. Carpets were old and didnt feel clean. Washer and dryer were old and didnt work well at all. Couldnt use the garage for enterance or parking. Home was not stocked with any "extras" like many others. However the walking distance to Sun Ridge pool was really helpful.
