Welcome to the Ocean Oasis! This beautiful home (built in September 2021) is located just 15 minutes by bike to Bethany Beach, one of the most delightful family resorts on the Delaware beach coast. Bethany Beach is famous for its kid-friendly boardwalk, evening musical concerts, wide sandy beaches, and fine dining. Just north of Salt Aire community is the Indian River Inlet State Park beach and to the south, the Fenwick Island State Park beach. The Cedar Neck area of Ocean View has that old-time feeling from beach neighborhoods of years ago. The local neighborhood grocery store, quiet streets, and the neighboring James Farm Ecological Preserve offer a haven for your family that is only minutes from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Salt Aire may remind you of that old beach house you visited as a child, but it is a thoroughly modern update of the style. This home, located in the Salt Aire community, is elevated on sturdy pilings with plenty of covered guest parking! The home features an open floor plan with a large welcome eat-in kitchen, dining space for 10, and spacious bedrooms and baths. The home also features a first-floor master bedroom & bath with luxury vinyl throughout the whole home. The 2nd Floor has two additional spacious coastal bedrooms with walk-in closets and another bathroom with a skylight. The covered front porch and screened-in back porch are both great for outdoor entertaining! The backyard features a firepit as well! Boats and jet skis are allowed! Don't miss out on this luxurious beach home!

This property was very comfortable and pet friendly—as promised. We easily got to our favorite spots in Bethany and Rehoboth and enjoyed getting to know Ocean View and its surroundings including James Farm.
Take a walk through the woods and you’ll reach this beautiful beach at James Farm.

Excellent vacation stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. This is our second visit and we contiune to be inpressed. Beautiful home with modern amenities and warm decor. You can tell the owner Robby takes great pride in the property. We love the doggie friendly feeling when we walk in. Located just minutes from the beach and next to the James Farm Ecological Preserve, we love everything about the Salt Aire community. We will be back!

Our stay was amazing, the space is decorated beautifully and clean! We felt like we were home and it was very cozy. Our dogs enjoyed the stay as well. We would come back anytime!

We loved this pet friendly home! Great location and perfect for our 2 dogs that enjoyed daily walks in this lovely neighborhood. We have visited Bethany beach area many times over the years and have rented a variety of homes. This was our favorite as it was very cozy and we felt right at home. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and loved the quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The house is well decorated, clean (especially for being dog friendly), and has everything you might need (and even things you may have forgotten). We enjoyed the screened in porch, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and playing cornhole. We also liked how close we were to everything. A short drive to the beaches, mini golf, shopping, and even the Ocean City boardwalk. James Farm is a good place for trying stand up paddle boards! Thank you Robby for sharing your home and for all the extras you provided!

Best vacation ever

We had amazing vacation the house was perfect with 2 little ones we had a lot of room to relax when we weren’t on the beach! The drive to the beach is easy and quick your so close to the store and a quick drive to OC Maryland this is our family 2 year vacation at this house and we will be back again next year!

Wonderful house

Our 3rd fantastic vacation. Robby has a fantastic home and has thought of everything to make it perfect. One of the best parts is it’s dog friendly, our dog has really enjoyed the house too.

Beach paradise

This is a little slice of beach paradise. Extremely clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient being about halfway between Ocean city and Rehoboth. I really hope this place is available when we make our next beach trip.

Wonderful week

Robby has added so many nice touches! The decor is lovely, the location worked well for us, the neighborhood is relaxed and friendly. All the extras made the week really stress free and so relaxing! Robby was a great communicator. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful, immaculate, dog-friendly house. Robby's home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved both the screened-in and the front porches. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. We brought games to play but as it turned out, Robby already had the same games at the house! We are looking forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Oasis. The location is amazing. Ten minutes or less to the beach, boardwalk, and many activities. Many restaurants close, and the grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. The house was very clean (and I have high standards). Robby, our host, was gracious and very responsive when I had questions throughout the process.The couch was VERY comfortable. Perfect house for our party of six and dogs to stay in. The neighborhood was very quiet (important to me as I am a light sleeper) and everyone we encountered was friendly. Robby goes above and beyond as a host. Upon our arrival we had necessities that we have not experienced at other rentals (a roll of paper towels, trash bag, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo) giving you ample time to run out and grab what you will need for the week. Sunsets off the front deck were beautiful, and the screened in back deck was perfect for relaxing and getting an amazing breeze!Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property. 10/10! Great little community, beautifully decorated home, lovely little touches, extremely well stocked, great screened-in porch out back. Things we enjoyed in the area: rent bikes for free for 2 hours at Cape Henlopen, marsh walk and pony finding at Assateague, fun little museums (life saving in Ocean City and Shipwreck museum especially if the owner is there to answer questions), Thrasher’s fries in Rehoboth, outlets in Rehoboth on a rainy day, preserve next door to walk our pooch, Old World Bakery croissants at farmers market, mini golf and ice cream at Millville Boardwalk, Amato Pizza, Charlie K’s BBQ, Nalu restaurant. Lots to do even when the ocean was a bit too cold for us. Thanks, Robby!

Restful, relaxing week away!

Beautiful property - newly built home with really nice amenities that is clean, comfortable and pet friendly. Bobby made us feel right at home - from the board games to the doggie bags , which made this perfect for our family getaway. Conveniently located in a quieter area adjacent to the James Farm Ecological Preserve and only a short 5-7 minute drive to Bethany Beach. Lots do to in the area with easy access to restaurants, shopping and walks on the boardwalk. Also situated close to Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches just a short 20 minute drive up the Costal Highway (Hwy 1) We will definitely be back!
