Catch some rays on the furnished deck when it's warm or watch the leaves fall from the fully-enclosed front porch; this home is truly an all-season getaway. If you want to try your hand at preparing some of the local cuisine, make use of the well-equipped full kitchen. Well appointed home, lovely views from the deck. Only recommendation: if the hottest day of the year is forecast, please have the 2 upstairs AC units installed, set up and functioning, before guest arrival.

Plenty of room for 5 adults, walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the water, grocery about a mile away. Recently added window a/c units in 2 rooms with additional fans made all the difference with unusually hot temperatures for a few days. Great visit!

Great Boothbay getaway with friends

This house was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay for a wedding. We were a 6 minute walk from the main street in boothbay with great food and coffee options. The house was clean, newly renovated and had plenty of space inside and outside on the porch to hang out. Would stay here again if the occasion presented itself.
