Waterfront home on St. George River with private beach & deck - near festivals
Offering a stunning location on the broad St. George River just before it meets the open ocean, this waterfront cottage has everything you need for a summer in Midcoast Maine. Enjoy a private beach that's perfect for kayaking, a wonderful deck, and an enviable location near Maine's most famous summer festivals.
The home's setting and exterior provide a bit of classic character, while the cottage interior is all brand new. After a day spent at the Maine Lobster Festival or the North Atlantic Blues Festival in nearby Rockland, you'll be greeted back at home by a living space lined with picture windows framing the water outside.
In the mornings, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat at the circular dining table, and follow the path down to the beach to launch your kayak. The afternoons and evenings are best spent soaking up the scene from the deck or the yard, barbecuing fresh seafood on the gas grill, and watching movies on the living room or bedroom TV (with cable and streaming capability). A washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi are provided as well.

Great Getaway
We visited for three days over the Fourth of July. Perfect location for exploring Boothbay and the surrounding area. Ample space for two couples and children or another couple (in twin beds.) The kitchen is equipped for any meal. BYO coffee!
Really cute house, close to downtown Boothbay Harbor. We had a great time!

Great spot in Boothbay Harbor
This house is adorable and so comfy. We loved the backyard and the bedrooms were all very nice. The only downside is the bathroom. The shower is tiny and a little old. Other than that it’s a fabulous house.

It was a perfect spot to stay slightly out of the congestion of Downtown Booth at Harbor but definitely close enough to go every night for a walk through the shops. A great stay. We'll definitely be back.

Fun at the Firehouse Cottage
Great space and location for the 6 of us and our dog!
We loved our stay at Firehouse Cottage. Perfectly appointed with a wonderful great room and decorated to remind you that you’re on the Maine coast. The outdoor space was lovely and there was plenty of space for our group of 6. Would love to return again!

Great amenities, perfect Boothbay spot.
This house was the perfect walkable distance from our family in the area. Loved it! Charming decor, well stocked kitchen, lovely patio and outdoor shower, great spaces for dining in & visiting. Kids loved the hanging chair & hammock.
This was a great place for our stay in Maine. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The grandkids loved the place. The floor plan was open with plenty of seating in the living areas. Nice outdoor patio, too. We would definitely consider booking this again.
This is a wonderful rental in Boothbay Harbor. Really comfortable and clean, and close to downtown, restaurants, beaches and hikes. There was a lot of space for our family of four, and we loved having the outdoor space and two separate sitting areas to hang out. We will be back!

One of the cleanest and prettiest homes we've rented i the past 15 years.
Adorable firehouse cottage - downstairs is really expansive with the sitting room in the open kitchen plus a sunken family room. Upstairs are three bedrooms sharing one bathroom off a small hallway, so if you’re looking for a ton of privacy, keep that in mind, but it was perfect for our family weekend.
The Firehouse Cottage was a very comfortable rental. Cute decorations, clean, and very spacious. We really enjoyed having 3 separate bedrooms and the great room to relax in for the evenings. We did encounter a few issues during our stay but TurnKey was very prompt in responding and coming up with solutions. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful place… well appointed and very comfortable. Excellent kitchen. About a mile from town… a bit longer than expected. That said, it is a good central location to many places. Some great hikes and restaurants!

This cottage was perfect for a family vacation it was locate 5-10 mins from everything and the locals were so welcoming and very personable.
Great location, easy walk into boothbay harbor. Approximately 15 min walk. Could leave the car behind to explore the town. House was beautiful,3 bedrooms to accommodate our adult son and teenager daughter in separate rooms. Large kitchen and great outdoor patio. Lovely and quiet. Very relaxing stay. Great base to explore the coastal towns.
Exceptionally clean place. Downstairs & outside areas were fantastic. Bedrooms could use some updating (carpets, mattresses) & the one full bathroom was really small, especially the shower. Outdoor shower helped with that a bit. Overall a really solid place!
Everything about the home and the location was amazing. Good central location for a day trips. Only complaint is the keypad did not work and it took us about 30 minutes to get into the house. Other than that everything was wonderful.
