Lovely 2 bedroom top floor apartment with two large roof terraces and a balcony, all with spectacular, panoramic views of the sea and countryside. This beautifully furnished apartment has air conditioning and heating fitted throughout and consists of an open-plan living and dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 2 spacious bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin) with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The living area features sliding patio doors that lead to a large roof terrace (1) complete with tables and chairs and permanent BBQ area. Another large roof terrace (2) is accessed from the BBQ area. The apartment comes with a large swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. WIFI is free and unlimited.

Tidy spacious rental in very good location.

Very clean and well maintained property. Good size indoors and plenty of space on the balconies . Good location and easy to get to restaurants/bars/cafes and other local shops . I would highly recommend the apartment and would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic Holiday apartment

We arrived at the apartment and were met by the owner Mark who showed us around and explained all about the area and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has excellent outside space with a bbq and roof terrace the children enjoyed the pool area. Cabanas is a just a 5 minute stroll and has excellent bars and restaurants the beach is probably the cleanest beach I have been on. We will be back next year.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very clean and spacious with excellent outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. Our only niggles were that some of the cookware could do with a refresh and that there were no basics for arrival such as coffee, sugar or bathroom soap. Also, although we didn't miss it too much at this time of year, the TV has no English channels and there isn't a DVD player. So a winter stay would miss these in our opinion.

Simpatia receção. Bons espaços interiores e exteriores. Bom grelhador a carvão. Otimo terraço e varanda exterior.Utensílios cozinha bastante uteis e funcionais, incluindo copos de vinho. Camas confortávies qb. Sugestões: 1. Uma maquina de café tipo Delta Q ou Nexpresso era otima opção a acrescentar. 2. Colchão cama de casal ainda aceitável mas já com desgaste. 3. Melhorar fechadura da porta exterior: com muita folga.

Belle situation pour les plages et les visites

Appartement bien situé pour découvrir l'est de l'algarve. L'appartement, quant à lui, demanderait à être un peu mieux équipé. Pour exemple, pas d'assiettes à dessert, pas de bac à glaçons, 6 pinces à linge, pas de lampe de chevet dans une chambre et une seule dans la double (non conforme aux photos). De plus, mobilier un peu vieillissant. Pour le prix, nous nous attendions à mieux. La vue du toit terrasse est superbe, dommage que ce ne soit pas équipé (il faut monter et descendre les chaises à chaque fois).

This was a very nice property. It had all the basic items necessary for our stay. We enjoyed our time in Cabanas. The weather was superb. The food and wine was excellent. We met lots of very nice people and we no doubt will return some time in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cabanas. L'appartement est bien situé et bien conçu. Dommage pas de climatisation. Télévision très vieille et du mauvaise qualité, il serait grand temps de la changer. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais nous avons commandé un petit modem mais cela ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Cela coupait toujours.

NEFASTA ATENCIÓN

El apartamento a nivel instalaciones está tal cual aparece en las fotos, bonito, cuidado y limpio. El problema empieza cuando te reciben, no te dan un teléfono de contacto por si surge algo que es lo que nos pasó. El agua caliente no funcionaba y estuvimos los 14 días así, a pesar de poner reclamaciones y contactar casi a diario con Att. al cliente de Homeaway, nadie fué capaz de solucionarnos el problema que es tan facil como llamar a un fontanero y que lo arregle. A esto le sumamos que las persianas no cierran bién, pr lo que al amanecer, si te molesta la luz estás despierta. Otro problema fué que el propietario anuncia en la web española que tiene Internet pero no es verdad, es bajo pago de 30euros por semana. Nadie fué capaz de ayudarnos a solucionar ninguno de los problemas que nos surgieron, así que casi 2000 euros de alquiler sin atención al cliente, lo máximo correos dando largas o descargando responsabilidad.

Nuestros números de teléfono son claramente visibles en una fotografía enmarcada en la pared interior del apartamento. Decir que estabas sin agua caliente es una fabricación completa. Podría habernos contactado a través de la plataforma de mensajes HomeAway en cualquier momento durante su estadía. HomeAway ha confirmado que no hizo ningún intento de contactarnos durante su estadía. Afirmamos muy claramente en nuestro anuncio que WIFI está disponible si se requiere a 30 euros por semana por 30 GB. Thank you for your comments, however everything that you have described is completely untrue. Our telephone numbers are clearly visible in a framed photograph on the interior wall of the apartment. To say that you were without hot water is complete fabrication. You could have contacted us via the HomeAway message platform at any time during your stay. HomeAway have confirmed that you did not make any attempt to contact us at all during your stay. We state very clearly in our advertisement that WIFI is available if required at 30 Euros per week for 30GB.

Appartement agréable et bien placé, bon rapport qualité/prix

Grand appartement avec 2 chambres à coucher, grand séjour et 2 grandes terrasses, dont l’une avec une jolie vue jusqu’a la mer au loin. La résidence est assez calme et bien placée, les commerces et le petit centre ville ainsi que les accès à la mer et aux plages sont à 10mn à pied. Propreté impeccable, équipement correct, wifi payant (30euros pour 30GB par semaine), il faut juste le savoir. Nous y retournerons très volontiers !

The apartment block does not have a lift as it only has a two floors and only two small flights of stairs to get to our penthouse apartment. Apartment blocks with only two storeys do not require and are not fitted with lifts. I do not advertise this apartment with a lift, to comment negatively on something that is not advertised is unfair.

Lovely location, lovely apartment

We found the apartment in excellent, very clean, condition.. Being a top floor apartment meant we were able sit outside in the glorious sunshine at any time of the day. The lady that greeted us at the apartment was very helpful. The apartment didn't appear to lack any amenities we required.

Ausstattung wie angeführt veraltet. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine. Auch keine Weingläser.Klimanlage wäre sehr sinnvoll. Baustelle-Arbeitsbeginn 8 Uhr bis 19 Uhr mit viel Lärm. Kann der Vermieter aber nichts dafür. Auf dem schönen Hochsitz keinerlei Möbel-Tisch / Stühle. Ruhiges Haus.

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé en Algarve

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances en Algarve. L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse mais aussi l'emplacement à Cabanas de Tavira dans ce charmant village. La piscine était parfaite aussi. La proximité des commerces et des plages est aussi un point fort. Nous avons était par ailleurs très bien accueilli par Agnès qui nous a donné toutes les explications sur l'appartement et la région. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent profiter de l'Algarve.

Fantastic apartment, exactly what we needed.

We were met at the apartment on arrival, shown around the rooms and given enough friendly and helpful advice about the locality. The apartment is very well located in a quiet area that is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, main bar/shopping street and maybe 10 mins from the station, although there are other places on route that are nearer, we didn't really use them. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make it a home from home. The sun terraces were well used by us , especially the roof terrace and there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn't need to keep moving them. We loved the swimming pool, really really enjoyed our stay here and would happily book again.

A beautiful apartment in an idyllic location.

The apartment is lovely, clean, bright and airy and looks exactly how it does in the photos. It is excellently looked after and maintained, with everything you need for your stay, and more. There are amazing views from all three terraces. There are Cafés, restaurants and a bakery on the doorstep and it’s a very short boat ride to the beautiful local beach. The local people were lovely and very accommodating for different dietary needs. The owner, Mark, gave lots of useful information which made our holiday run smoothly and therefore even more enjoyable. It was such a relaxing holiday in a beautiful apartment which is situated in an idyllic location. I would definitely recommend this property and we would love to go back for another visit.

Really smart property in a great location

Had a week away with 2 young children - complex is great for a quiet relaxing holiday. We spent a number of days around the pool and ate at the excellent restaurants nearby. Apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need. BBQ on the balcony was well used, which has a lovely view over the pool and sea, we also made good use of the sun loungers on the top roof terrace. The beach in Cabanas is amazing and only a short away, as are all other amenities. The fact that everything was on our doorstep and we did not need to hire a car, made this a very relaxing holiday for our family. Having stayed in many holiday house rentals over the last 5 years this has to be by far the best.

Excellent apartment, immaculate, superb location.

Spent a really enjoyable week, the apartment is finished to the highest standard. Spacious, modern, excellent kitchen, superb shower! Complex is lovely, neat gardens, very well kept, however with minimum fuss. The pool area very well designed, 4 swimming pools, ensuring maximum peace and quiet for those with or without children. Location of the apartment meant it was a short stroll into the village that was home to many lovely restaurants, suiting all budgets! This was our second visit to Cabanas and we will certainly come back again.
