There is access to the beach at the end of the neighborhood no car access. There is car access at the front of neighborhood cut through the church parking lot to the other neighborhood about 2-3 minute drive.

Why they chose this property

The home is close to everything across the street from the main store, restaurants, beach access through the neighborhood foot only. Then 2 min to beach opening u can access through vehicles

What makes this property unique

We have a fully fenced in backyard for the kiddos lots of space inside so you don’t feel cramped. Large outdoor table for 8 to enjoy the evening or morning breeze or just somewhere for the kids to eat and hang out. And don’t forget about the pool!!!!!
