Es ist eine tolle Wohnung, in super Lage. Gute Ausstattung und Behindertengerecht gebaut da alles ..

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung, in super Lage. Gute Ausstattung und Behindertengerecht gebaut da alles ebenerdig ist. Es ist sehr ruhig im Haus sowie wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, trotz der zentralen Lage Einzg allein dir Wärme , da Dachgeschoss hat uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht-hatten wir vorher nicht bedacht. Die Wohnung ist in Elektro und Lichttechnik so modern ausgestattet , da wäre eine Klimaanlage vielleicht auch noch drin gewesen :-) Aber das ist ein "Kritikpunkt"auf hohem Niveau. Kein Kritikpunkt, aber vielleicht eine wichtige Info, dadurch das alle Zimmer mit Bewegungsmelder ausgestattet sind (kann man individuell ausstellen), leuchtet die ganze Nacht oben an der Decke das grüne Licht der Bewegungsmelder. Für mich als Lichtempfindlicher Mensch beim schlafen war das störend. Aber alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen, vielleicht nicht wieder in der heissesten Woche im Jahr ;-)

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Büsum, in einem Appartement welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. ..

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Büsum, in einem Appartement welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zentrumsnah und dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist wunderschön, modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub so benötigt. Ein Stern bei der Ausstattung weniger, da es für die Balkonmöbel keine passenden Sitzauflagen gibt und leider kein Mückenschutz im Wohnzimmer. Allerdings wäre dies Meckern auf hohem Niveau. IMMER WIEDER WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Alles top. Nur bei Ausstattung keine 5 Sterne, da keine passende Sitzkissen für Terrassenstühle vorhanden. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. eine kleine Kaffeemaschine (z.B. senseo) und/oder Sektflaschenverschluss etc. würden die insgesamt hohe Wertigkeit der schönen Fewo weiter steigern.

Der kurze Weg in die Fußgängerzone und zum Schwimmbad haben wir sehr genossen. Die Whg ist ein moderner Neubau mit erneuerbarer Energie und allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Fahrradschuppen, Waschmaschine im Keller und großzügiger Lift. Ganz besonders hat uns die innenliegende Dachterrasse gefallen mit dem Blick Richtung Nordsee über den Dächern von Büsum. Das neue Wellenbad versperrt zwar die direkte Sicht, aber jeder kann die Nordsee fühlen!
