À Kerdruc au bord de l'Aven 4 km from the centre of Névez, 10 km from the centre of Trégunc, 15 m from the sea, 6 km from the beach, 15 m from the river, south facing position. Private: property 800 m2, well-kept garden with wildlife garden. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4.8 km, restaurant 270 m, bakery 4 km, bus stop 5.5 km, sandy beach "Plage de Port Manec'h" 5.8 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Sports harbour 270 m, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 7.5 km, sailing school 5.7 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Port de Kerdruc 270 m, Pont-Aven 5.5 km, Pointe de Trévignon 10 km, Concarneau, Ville Close 17 km, Quimper 40 km, Accès direct à l'Aven 15 m.
