Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 614,<br><br>. This one-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and features a balcony with a view of Hansa Park. The apartment is approximately 33 square meters in size and suitable for 2 adults. The combined living room and bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and an extra bed (90 cm x 190 cm). A crib is also provided in the apartment. The kitchen, which features a breakfast bar, is open to the living area and equipped with an oven and stove. The bathroom with a shower is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included. <br><br>The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
