This spacious and sunlit home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, offering a peaceful escape with classic Brooklyn character. Thoughtfully designed for comfortable living, the interiors include generous storage and warm, inviting finishes throughout. Original architectural details, rich wood accents, and soft natural light create a serene atmosphere ideal for both relaxation and remote work. One of the bedrooms also features a Peloton bike, providing a convenient setup for guests looking to stay active during their stay.



This Brooklyn home becomes part of your New York City experience, with inviting outdoor spaces where you can relax on the terrace, enjoy outdoor dining with the BBQ grill, or unwind in the garden. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located near your room. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street, the home is just moments from Downtown Brooklyn with seamless connectivity via 11 subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road. Explore nearby Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue for dining and boutique shopping, or visit cultural landmarks like BAM and Barclays Center. DUMBO, the Brooklyn Bridge, and waterfront paths are within walking distance, while Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and Botanical Garden are easily accessible by transit or bike.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in the heart of Boerum Hill, this Brooklyn home is surrounded by tree-lined brownstone streets, local cafés, acclaimed restaurants, and boutique shopping along Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue. Guests are moments from Downtown Brooklyn, Barclays Center, BAM, DUMBO, and Brooklyn Bridge Park, with easy access to Prospect Park and Manhattan via multiple subway lines and the Long Island Rail Road.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

There is no on-site parking available. Street parking may be limited due to the home’s proximity to Downtown Brooklyn. Paid parking garages and lots are available nearby, including a 24/7 garage on Schermerhorn St & Hoyt St, approximately four blocks away. Rates may be around $30/day or higher.



All adult guests are required to sign the guest register upon arrival. Unregistered or extra guests are not permitted.



Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Please enjoy meals only upstairs in the kitchen area.



No smoking anywhere on the property.



Parties and gatherings are not permitted.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent





All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
