The Space:

Reynolds, this four-story brownstone is a beautifully preserved tribute to 19th-century craftsmanship, with pocket doors that glide effortlessly, stained-glass transoms that cast soft color across recently refurbished oak floors, intricate wood moldings, and five decorative mantels that lend the home a sense of quiet historic presence.



The home sits on a brownstone-lined street shaded by century-old oaks, just one minute from the Nostrand Avenue A/C express stop and surrounded by beloved local fixtures including Bunny, Le Paris Dakar, Peaches Hot House, Dolores, Ler Lers, Warude, Peace & Riot, and Bed-Vyne Brew. Stepping inside, the entry hall introduces the home’s craftsmanship through ornate wainscoting, a turned mahogany banister, and one of two original pier mirrors framing the staircase. Angled bay windows with stained-glass panels illuminate the front parlor, where a grand pier mirror anchors the room. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Only small dogs are allowed. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Please note that mid-stay cleanings are required every 14 days for an additional $350 per cleaning.
