Just 55 steps from private Corolla Light beach access (a short 30-second walk), this home offers the rare combination of walkable beach convenience, full resort amenities, and the privacy of a well-maintained, owner-managed home.

Guests enjoy ocean views, a private pool with cabana bar, and full access to Corolla Light’s oceanfront and soundside pools and amenities—creating a resort-style experience that goes far beyond a typical beach rental!

THE HOME
Happy Daze features a bright, open top-level living area with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and ocean views from the great room, kitchen, and dining areas—an inviting space to gather after a day at the beach.

Just outside, your private outdoor retreat includes a gated pool, covered cabana with tiki bar, second covered hangout area with bar, hot tub, outdoor shower, and multiple seating areas and swings designed for relaxing afternoons and easy evening gatherings.

With five bedrooms, two indoor living areas, multiple decks, and generous outdoor space, the home is thoughtfully laid out so families can enjoy time together while still having room to spread out and unwind.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
* Owner-managed to ensure personal care and attention
* Weekly rentals only (Sunday to Sunday)
* No pets or animals of any kind
* No smoking
* Linens, towels, professional cleaning, and Corolla Light Resort user fees (up to 12 guests) included
* Guests add 12.75% tax and a refundable security deposit
We personally manage all bookings to ensure the home is well cared for and every guest experience is consistent.
* Guests will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement via DocuSign once the reservation is confirmed and they provide owners with a valid email address.
