Welcome to Salt Line — our thoughtfully updated
beach retreat in Corolla in the northern Outer Banks, designed for relaxed, memory-making family vacations. Newly refreshed for the 2026 season and self-managed by experienced hosts, our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where families can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the Outer Banks together.

The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool (optional heating available), linens included, and is dog-friendly with approval, making it a convenient and comfortable option for families and groups visiting Corolla.

Please note: We are still completing a few final updates, and new photos will be added as spaces come together. The home will be fully guest-ready for your stay — we’re simply continuing to make it even better.

Location & Beach Access

Salt Line is located in a welcoming Corolla neighborhood with private beach access exclusively for neighborhood guests, offering a more relaxed beach experience than busy public access points. The private access is just a short walk from the house, making it easy to head out for sunrise walks, afternoon swims, or quick trips back for lunch and pool time.

• The closest beach access also has a lifeguard station, providing extra safety for families with children.

Guests can enjoy several nearby community amenities within a short walk, including:

• An emergency supply of essential toiletries, in case you forget something at home

Guests should bring their own pool and beach towels. Bath towels provided are for indoor use only.

• Well-behaved dogs are considered (no other pets due to family allergies).

• Owners must clean up after their pup (yard and community spaces). Doggie waste bags provided for convenience.

Salt Line is a family-oriented home designed for relaxing beach vacations — not parties or large events.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced
• Quiet hours must be respected per local guidelines
• Minimum age to book is 25 years old due to local restrictions

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are positioned at the three exterior doors. Cameras monitor entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Booking Details

• Peak season check-in/check-out day: Fridays. Avoid the Saturday traffic!

Salt Line follows a firm cancellation policy and we are unable to make exceptions due to weather, travel issues, or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind. Hurricanes and tropical storms are part of coastal travel planning, so insurance is especially recommended during hurricane season.

Early booking is recommended for peak summer weeks in Corolla, a s availability fills quickly.
