Wohnung/Lage

Die Außenansicht des Hauses ist nicht sehr attraktiv, aber die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet wurden. Mit sehr viel Deco und Assesoires. Nur leider hatte man dadurch keine Abstellfläche für sich selber. Die Küchenschränke waren voll mit viel zu vielen Geschirr, die ein maximaler 3 Personenhaushalt niemals benötigt. Schade, die kleine Küche hätte man anders nutzen können. Aber das ist auch Ansichtsache. Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Kurpark befindet sich gleich hinter dem Haus und Hafen, Strand und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß sehr gut in maximal 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Top Lage. Rundum waren wir zu Frieden. Die Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr bemüht. Danke.

schönes ruhiges Appartement mit Optimierungsbedarf

Hervorzuheben ist die große Dachterrasse, die neben einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Strandkorb auch einen Tisch mit vier Leichtmetallstühlen umfasst. Allerdings ist die Unterkonstruktion der Bangkirai-Bohlen an einer Stelle verrottet, so dass die Bohlen nachgeben und eine Stolperfalle entsteht. Im Waschbecken des Badezimmers fehlte der Ablaufverschluss und die Dolce Gusto-Maschine war nicht dicht (Wasser lief aus dem Tank). Der kleine Ess-Tisch wurde mit Pappe unterfüttert (damit der nicht wackelt). Hinter dem Sofa fanden wir eine leere Kochschinken-Verpackung. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die in der Summe dann aber doch unerfreulich waren. Wir haben diese Punkte persönlich im Onkes-Fritsching-Büro (Herrenpfad 11) gemeldet, woraufhin man uns mitteilte, dass der Vermieter darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt werden würde. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass alle Nachmieter bessere Erfahrungen machen, denn das Appartement an sich ist sehr schön.

Klein aber Fein.

Eine schöne Einzimmerferienwohnung. Alles war okay. Kleines Manko war, dass das Salz und die Handseife im Badezimmer leer waren. Ansonsten habe war alles super und haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Lg Constanze Schulz
