Pets of any kind are not permitted in this vacation home!<br><br>Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and welcoming living area, <br>the kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave. <br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.<br>This is a place where you can enjoy meals and socialize.<br>The wood-burning stove, with its cozy atmosphere, will contribute to this. The stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!<br><br>In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.<br>A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.<br><br>The south-facing terrace, which seems to float above the Graft, is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.<br><br>The first floor features two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a modern shower, bathtub, and private sauna.<br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.<br><br>The gallery, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful place to retreat.<br>From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.<br>Here, too, a cozy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offers the perfect spot to unwind.<br>The third bedroom is adjacent.<br><br>Stair gates are available for our youngest guests.<br>The house is equipped with fly screens on the first floor and in all bedrooms.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.<br><br>Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.<br><br>A parking space is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.<br><br>Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot at EDEKA.<br>Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.<br><br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.<br>Neither bachelor/bachelorette parties nor similar celebrations, parties, or events are permitted in this accommodation.<br><br>The vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception on all floors.
